Merchant Code of Conduct
Treat customers with respect. Respond to calls and emails, show up on time, and conduct yourself professionally. If a problem arises, be calm and respectful, and try to work it out.
Do good work. Take pride in your work and make sure you’re qualified to do the work you’re offering.
Price fairly. Set prices for your work and materials fairly.
Be honest. Respect the integrity of the VechFlow platform. Be honest with customers when something goes wrong.
Be a good community member. Do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability or other inappropriate discriminatory factors.
Driver Code of Conduct
Treat Merchants with respect. Respond to calls and emails and respect your Merchant’s time. If a problem arises, be calm and respectful, and try to work it out.
Be fair in how you review work. Before criticizing a Merchant’s work, take a step back and consider whether your expectations were clear at the outset.
Pay what you owe. Pay what you owe, period.
Be honest. Don’t waste a Merchant’s time if you have no intention of needed maintenance. Be honest with Merchants when something goes wrong. Deal with Merchants in good faith.
Be a good community member. Do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability or other inappropriate discriminatory factors.
